We are looking for companies to help us put on the event: venue, sound, printing, food, items for the auction. Money from the collection never passes through our hands.
We are a team of volunteers. Every January we organise the Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Madrid: a day of concerts, auctions and workshops accompanying the collection run by the WOŚP Foundation in Poland. We do it outside working hours and with no budget of our own.
First: how the money works
This is the most important part, so it comes first. The collection is run entirely by the WOŚP Foundation. We do not take donations, we have no payment gateway and we issue no donation receipts. Anyone who wants to give does so through the Foundation’s official channels, which we publish on this site.
What we do need is help in kind or in services so that the event can happen — that is not a donation to the collection, it is support for the event. If your company wants its contribution to reach the collection, the route is to give us an object or an experience for the auction: whatever it fetches goes straight to the Foundation.
What we need
- Venue and technical kit — a space for a Sunday afternoon, sound, lights, a projector.
- Printing — posters, stickers, T-shirts for the volunteer team.
- Food and drink — for the volunteers through the day and for the audience.
- Items and experiences for the auction — this is the part that raises the most. A dinner, a lesson, a hotel night, a painting, a signed shirt: all of it works.
- Transport and logistics — moving materials between cities.
- Reach — if your company reaches the Polish community or the Spanish public in Spain, simply telling people about the Finale already helps.
What we give back
- Your logo on this site, on the page of that year’s edition, with a link.
- Your logo on the poster and in the event’s printed materials.
- A thank-you from the stage during the Finale.
- A mention in the press release and in the pack we send to journalists.
- Photographs from the event showing your contribution, ready to publish.
- A thank-you on our social media.
We do not sell exclusivity or fixed packages: we talk to each company and agree on whatever makes sense for both sides.
How to start
Write to madrytdlaorkiestry@gmail.com and tell us what you can offer. We answer every message. The earlier we know, the better we can announce it — the poster and the materials are closed a few weeks before the Finale.
